Mapledean luxury property developers asked Ground Force Decking to construct the decked balconies for their new apartments in Bishops Waltham, Hampshire.

With years of experience working with developers, we were able to supply a full, detailed, tender to Mapledean within their deadline, allowing them to concentrate on some of the more difficult aspects of property development.

We were able to build the three balconies within Mapledean's tight schedule of two days on site; from delivery of wood to the last piece of equipment leaving the site.

The wooden pergola was constructed after major groundwork was finished in the communal area for these apartments.
